    We are hiring an enthusiastic Quality Assurance Agent to assist with the process of receiving and verifying the provider malpractice application and related documents.  Our dedicated training department will ensure that you are provided all the resources to help you succeed.

    Our Quality Assurance Agents:

    • Check malpractice application into the system for accuracy
    • Work directly with our insurance carrier to ensure candidates meet required guidelines
    • Create and update presentable CV and Provider Summaries
    • Verifying all licenses, certifications, malpractice and background
    • Contact state licensing and certification boards, insurance carriers, as well as our internal quality assurance and production departments as needed
    • Obtain and call on references once assignment has been confirmed, and send out payroll documents prior to start dates 


    What we look for:

    • Professional Level of Oral and Written Communication Skills
    • Excellent typing skills- minimum of 55 wpm
    • Detail oriented and strong organizational skills
    • Ability to Multi-task and Prioritize
    • Display motivation and a sense of urgency
    • Ability to be creative in problem solving
    • Knowledge and/or experience in Microsoft Word and Outlook are preferred
