    Responsibilities

    The Report Developer will participate in all phases of the development and maintenance life cycle and utilizing SQL customer technology platforms for TDC. Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:

    • Develops and maintains relationships with the business to better understand business requirements.
    • Maintain the current 2016 reporting services program
    • Identify report data requirements, specifications, template and design
    • Building reports, scorecards and dashboards
    • Using SQL skills including creation of user defined functions, complex stored procedures, Query optimization and SQL scripts
    • Troubleshooting and analyzing all functions and services
    • Works directly with department personnel on projects and provides production support.
    • Fields tickets and calls that come into the team department queue.
    • Proactively obtains feedback on an ongoing basis while developing solutions for clients to ensure that we meet, and exceed, their needs and expectations.
    • Resolve issues while providing clear communication to internal customers.
    • Provide day to day operational support to the internal customers and proactively identifies problems and make recommendations regarding solutions.
    • Communicates task/ticket status and issues to customers and coworkers.
    • Ability to interact with all levels of management, coworkers and personnel to resolve EDI issues

    Qualifications

    • Understanding of testing processes and methodologies.
    • Experience working individually with customers and cross functional teams from development of a new project all the way through production implementation.
    • Ability to function effectively in a multi-tasking environment.
    • Motivated self-starter.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Strong interpersonal and decision-making skills.
    • Ability to prioritize and facilitate processes and to cooperate and contribute as a team player.
    • Project Management a plus. 1-3 years’ experience with SQL Server Databases, SQL Server Business Intelligence (SSRS, SSAS, SSIS) .
    • Strong knowledge of object oriented, relational database concepts and design.
    • Strong SQL skills including creation of user defined functions, complex stored procedures, query itemization and SQL scripts.
    • Experience building reports, scorecard, and dashboards.
    • Demonstrated advance analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
    • MS Excel data functionality experience.
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
    • Bachelor’s degree in computer-related field or equivalent 2-3 years of experience.
    • Knowledge of healthcare staffing industry (shiftwork) preferred.
    • Bullhorn experience highly preferred

     

    Certifications:

     

    • MS SQL Server Certification preferred
