Job Functions of our Accounting Associates:

• Enter and reconcile cash receipts and live checks
• Send out weekly client invoices
• Enter debit and credit memos
• Collaborate with internal team members regarding invoices, questions and status updates
• Create and update client information
• Validate and trouble shoot client profile concerns and questions
• Other accounting projects as assigned

What we look for:

• Administrative Office experience preferred
• Highly detail oriented and organized in work
• Comfortable working in a deadline driven environment
• Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer service focus
• Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with all levels of employees
• Microsoft Office experience required
• Great Plains Experience is a plus
• Associate’s degree or higher preferred
