What will I be doing?
- Sales- Source physicians through outbound phone calls, text and email to develop an active network of healthcare professionals for permanent placement in healthcare facilities.
- Screen and qualify candidates
- Add physician information to job list
- Maintain effective communication with candidates
Our Quality Assurance Agents:
- Check malpractice application into the system for accuracy
- Work directly with our insurance carrier to ensure candidates meet required guidelines
- Create and update presentable CV and Provider Summaries
- Verifying all licenses, certifications, malpractice and background
- Contact state licensing and certification boards, insurance carriers, as well as our internal quality assurance and production departments as needed
- Obtain and call on references once assignment has been confirmed, and send out payroll documents prior to start dates
